Importing Keynotes into Quesco

A brand new feature has been added to Quesco which allows you to upload your own Keynote or PowerPoint. To start importing your files, simply follow the steps below:

Windows (using Microsoft PowerPoint)

1) Open Microsoft PowerPoint and either create a new presentation or load an existing one.

2) Go to File > Save As

3) Change the “Save as Type” from .ppt or .pptx to an image format such as JPG or PNG. Select save.

4) Now find the images on your hard drive and create a new folder. Drag the images into the new folder and compress it into a Zip file.

5) Upload the Zip file to an online server (you can use Rackspace Cloud, Mediafire, Cloud App)

6) Copy the .zip link (must be in a http://domain.com/filename.zip format) and open Quesco. Tap to add a new workbook then select “Import Keynote”. Paste the link in and start importing your files.

 

Mac (using Keynote)

1) Open Keynote and either create a new presentation or load an existing one.

2) Go to File > Export

3) Select “Images” then save them to a folder on your hard drive.

4) Now find the images on your hard drive and create a new folder. Drag the images into the new folder and compress it into a Zip file.

5) Upload the Zip file to an online server (you can use Rackspace CloudMediafireCloud App)

6) Copy the .zip link (must be in a http://domain.com/filename.zip format) and open Quesco. Tap to add a new workbook then select “Import Keynote”. Paste the link in and start importing your files.
